One clear point of contact for the lending conversation.
WHY ROCKVALE

Your client relationship remains important.

A referral should feel like a continuation of good service. Rockvale aims to acknowledge the introduction, contact the client respectfully, clarify the finance objective and keep communication proportionate to the client’s consent.

We stay within the lending role. Accountants, agents, advisers, solicitors and other professionals remain responsible for advice within their own field.

WHO WE COLLABORATE WITH

Built for trusted professional introductions.

01

Accountants & bookkeepers

A finance pathway for home, investment, commercial, business, car and asset needs—while your client returns to you for accounting and tax advice.

02

Real estate agents

A responsive contact for buyers who want to understand finance readiness, next steps or the structure of a property purchase.

03

Buyer’s agents

Broker communication that supports a coordinated search, due-diligence timetable and finance process without replacing your property advice.

04

Conveyancers & solicitors

A clear lending contact for mutual clients while legal advice, contracts and settlement responsibilities remain with the appropriate professional.

05

Financial advisers

Credit and lending support that can sit alongside—but does not replace—licensed personal financial advice or the client’s broader strategy.

06

Business & vehicle professionals

A referral pathway for eligible business finance, equipment, vehicles, plant, machinery and other asset-finance requirements.

A CLEAR HANDOVER

Four steps. No confusion.

  1. 01

    Agree the framework

We first document the intended referral relationship, permitted activity, communication, privacy expectations and any applicable commercial terms.

  2. 02

    Obtain client consent

The client decides whether Rockvale may contact them. Do not send identity, income, bank, tax or loan documents through an initial referral.

  3. 03

    Rockvale contacts the client

We introduce ourselves, understand the finance goal and explain the process and relevant disclosures before progressing.

  4. 04

    Close the loop appropriately

With the client’s permission, we provide a suitable high-level status while protecting confidential information.

REFERRAL STANDARDS

Trust needs clear boundaries.

  • Partners should make an introduction only with the client’s knowledge and consent.
  • Unless properly authorised, a referrer must not suggest a particular credit product, provide credit assistance or collect information beyond the permitted referral arrangement.
  • Do not send payslips, bank statements, identification or other sensitive documents in an initial referral.
  • Any referral arrangement or payment must be agreed in writing and disclosed where required. No payment is promised by this webpage.
  • Credit outcomes remain subject to assessment, eligibility, lender policy, acceptable security and approval.
