Broker fees and commissions

In many residential transactions a lender may pay a broker an upfront and/or ongoing commission. A separate client fee can apply in some circumstances. Any applicable fee, commission, clawback arrangement or other material remuneration should be explained in the disclosures provided before you proceed. The website does not promise that every broking service is free.
